Kinesiology is based on the principle that the body is a self healing organism that has the ability to heal itself when given the right support and guidance.

I am trained in Functional Kinesiology which combines the latest nutritional science and contemporary health practices with traditional Kinesiology techniques. It incorporates Nutrition, emotional techniques from counselling, gestalt therapy, NLP, Bach Flower Remedies and other modalities to create an effective, holistic approach to well-being.

As a kinesiologist, my objective is to guide, educate and empower individuals with the necessary tools to help their bodies come back into balance in a gentle, sustainable way.
